Return & Exchange Eligibility
Eligible Items
- Products in original condition with all packaging and documentation
- Items returned within 15 days of delivery date
- Products that are unused and undamaged
Non-Returnable Items
Based on our commitment to quality standards, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom or Made-to-Order Lighting Fixtures – Including bespoke chandeliers, linear suspensions, and semi-flush mounts designed to specific measurements or specifications
- Final Sale Items – Clearly marked as such during purchase
- Opened or Installed Products – Where original packaging has been compromised or products show signs of installation
- Special Order Items – Products specifically ordered for your requirements
Please note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the cost of standard shipping for the replacement item.
Return & Exchange Process

3 Receive Return Authorization
Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and detailed shipping instructions.
4 Package and Ship Your Return
Please ensure the item is securely packaged in its original packaging with all included components. Include the Return Authorization Number clearly on the outside of the package.
5 Processing and Refund/Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.

Exchange Process
