We understand that selecting the perfect lighting requires careful consideration, and sometimes a fixture may not meet your expectations once installed in your space. Our returns and exchanges policy is designed with this understanding, offering you flexibility and peace of mind.
Return & Exchange Eligibility
Eligible Items
- Products in original condition with all packaging and documentation
- Items returned within 15 days of delivery date
- Products that are unused and undamaged
Non-Returnable Items
Based on our product analysis and to ensure the highest quality standards, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom or Made-to-Order Lighting Fixtures – Including bespoke chandeliers, linear suspensions, and semi-flush mounts designed to specific measurements or specifications
- Final Sale Items – Clearly marked as such during purchase
- Opened or Installed Products – Where original packaging has been compromised or products show signs of installation
- Special Order Items – Products specifically ordered for your requirements
Return & Exchange Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return or Exchange
Contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order to initiate the return or exchange process.
Step 2: Complete the Return Request Form
Please use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information to process your request efficiently:
Step 3: Receive Return Authorization
Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and detailed shipping instructions.
Step 4: Package and Ship Your Return
Please ensure the item is securely packaged in its original packaging with all included components. Include the Return Authorization Number clearly on the outside of the package.
Step 5: Processing and Refund/Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.
Refund Information
Refund Timeline
- Credit Card/PayPal Refunds: 5-10 business days after we process your return
- Bank Transfer Refunds: 7-14 business days after we process your return
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase:
- Visa, MasterCard, JCB – Refunded to original card
- PayPal – Refunded to your PayPal account
Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the cost of standard shipping for the replacement item.
Exchange Process
If you wish to exchange an item for a different product:
- Follow the same return process outlined above
- Clearly indicate in your request that you would like an exchange and specify the desired replacement item
- Once we receive your return, we will ship the replacement item using your preferred shipping method
- Any price differences will be refunded or charged accordingly
International Returns
As we serve customers globally (excluding select regions in Asia and remote areas), please note that international returns may be subject to additional shipping costs and customs procedures. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your shipping receipt until your return is processed.
